Boswellia neglecta Essential Oil
Some have asked me to bring in essential oils. I wanted to get only those that are top quality and those I use myself. Being I am a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist, I also use essential oils in my practice. Boswellia neglecta is one of them.
As the resin, it is wonderful for anxiety or stress-related issues. It blends nicely with other oils. Some people do not like the smell so to cut the smell a bit you can blend it with another relaxing essential oil like Sweet Orange. I personally like the smell of the oil the way it is.
You can use it in an inhaler and melt away the stress a bit. You can mix it into a blend with other essential oils that are calming and apply it with a carrier oil.
