Sacra Boswellic Acid Extract/Magnesium/ Eucalyptus Globulus Lotion
Do you have leg cramps? well, I do especially at night. I have been using my Frankincense Boswellia sacra Boswellic Acid Extract lotion I make, and it helps but I feel I need something a bit stronger.
Magnesium orotate is a complex of magnesium plus orotic acid. which is used for improving athletic performance muscles and may help with leg cramps.
It's the most easily absorbable form of magnesium and I decided to experiment with the powder to see how it would mix in simple lotion and also with the Boswellic sacra Acid Extract.
Eucalyptus Globulus Essential Oil while it is excellent for respiratory problems is also used in a carrier oil or lotion as a muscle rub. (I also sell the oil)
Frankincense Boswellia sacra Boswellic Acid Extract Powder is great for any type of inflammation.
So I decided to mix them all together (the essential oil is a 2% dilution) in an unscented lotion and see what happens.
I used it for 2 weeks on my legs and boy was I impressed. I did not wake up in the middle of the night with leg cramps like I often do, and, in the morning, I was not so stiff. My husband is also using it on his calves where he gets leg cramps at night.

Frankincense Boswellia sacra Boswellic Acid Extract Powder, Magnesium Orotate Powder, Eucalyptus Globulus Essential Oil, Lotion: Aqua infusion of Chamomile, Green Tea, Aloe Barbadenis, Canola Oil, Coconut Oil, Sunflower Oil, Glycerin, Cetyl Alcohol, Olive Oil, Organic Shea Butter, Organic Jojoba Oil, Vit. E Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexlygylcerin
I recommend only using this at night, too much magnesium is not good to use.
I also do not recommend this for children.
Shelf Life is about a year. Keep it in a cool place.
