I grow this plant in my garden. I took the flowers and infused them in FCO.

I was deciding on what to do with it when a good friend of mine told me all about this plant and what it can do.  


This plant is antiviral, anti-infectious, broad spectrum antibacterial and has a calming effect.  The smell is a sweet citrus-floral.


So I decided to massage it on my chest and around my nose with my peace and calming infusion, and it seems to be helping and calming my cough and stuffy noise.  Because it is antiviral I’m hoping it will kill my flu a bit.


Bee balm is a member of the mint family (Lamiaceae).


i do not have a lot so when they are all sold, i will not have more till next summer.
