Sniffy Stick Inhaler for Your Child or Adult
This inhaler is for a child from 2 yrs of age up to about 18 years of age, and also for an Adult.
I made this for my granddaughter when she was 2.5 yrs old when she had a very bad cold. It seemed to clear up the mucous and within a few days, she was feeling so much better.
For children the % of essential oils are less, For Adults, it is a 2% dilution
Please let me know how old your child is so I can make it accordingly.
Please make sure your child is not allergic to any of these plants, this also goes for adults.
Ingredients:
Ravensara aromatica (excellent for respiratory conditions)
Spearmint-Mentha spicata ( also good for opening up airways in one's nose)
Cedarwood Himalayan Cedrus deodora ( seems to dry up mucous)
Fractionated Coconut Oil- to make the essential oils last longer.
Use as needed.
It comes in the inhaler with organic cotton sticks.
One stick should last you about 2-3 months. I suggest you put it into a zip lock back when not using it and the scent will last longer.
