Boswellia carteri / Piper nigrum
They’re made from first-grade Boswellia carteri resin—not serrata. The resin’s post-distillation biomass is extracted using clean, organic ethanol (never hexane like most of the Boswellic Acid Extracts on the market now) and standardized to an incredible 70% Boswellic Acid., including the highly researched compound AKBA (3-acetyl-11-keto-beta boswellic acid), studied for its powerful anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor potential.
We added organic black pepper extract to support full-spectrum absorption, which allows the liver to absorb the BA correctly so you get the full benefit.
Hexane is a toxic solvent and petroleum-based substance that does not fully come out of the powder when it is extracted. It is also non-organic.
Organic Ethanol completely dissolves in the powder, so no residue is left. When you ingest the capsule, you only get the powder. No fillers. No synthetic junk. Just pure plant medicine in a clean capsule.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Why are we using Boswellia carteri vs Boswellia serrata?
Boswellia carteri contains a higher concentration of boswellic acid compared to Boswellia serrata and offers significantly more therapeutic benefits.
Many Boswellia serrata products available in stores are extracted using a hexane solvent. This solvent is toxic to the body and does not fully evaporate, meaning that along with the beneficial extract, you may also be consuming harmful residues. Over time, this could have adverse effects on your health.
We use only an organic ethanol as a solvent, which completely evaporates during the extraction process, leaving no residue behind. This ensures you receive pure powder combined with organic black pepper—nothing else.
How are the capsules packaged?
Our capsules are sealed in high-barrier kraft pouches with a clear window, allowing you to see the medicine while keeping it protected from light
They are also packed in a sterile environment.
How Much Black Pepper is in the capsule?
The capsules are at a 1:0 ratio (1 being the black pepper powder), which is basically 10% Black Pepper and the rest Boswellic Acid Extract Powder. This small amount is enough to significantly enhance absorption, helping your body take in 2 to 3 times more of the active compounds.
Should I talk to my doctor before taking this?
Absolutely. We do not recommend this to be used by children under the age of 18, those breastfeeding or those who are pregnant. Those who are on blood thinners need to also check with your doctor because Black Pepper has a tendency to thin the blood. Also, if you are allergic to black pepper, you may not be able to use this capsule. While the ratio is very low, you still need to check with your doctor.
Is it Safe with Long Time Use?
Yes, but you should have your blood checked every few months and talk to your health professional.
Will I see immediate results?
In the testing trials we did we found some after a few days started to see results while others needed a few weeks. It depends on how your body reacts to the capsule.
Why do I need to take it with food and full glass of warm water?
When taking it with a meal it may be easier for your stomach to digest it. We recommend not taking it with cold water because we do not want the powder to become hard going down. In hot water, it will dissolve too fast and may get stuck in your teeth. Even though Boswellic acid extract powder is a fine powder, is quite sticky to your skin.
What about if I cannot swallow a pill?
You can open the capsule and mix it in a tablespoon of honey, mix it up, and slowly swallow it down with a chaser of a full glass of warm water. It is not water soluble, so you cannot mix it with anything that has water in it. You can also put it in applesauce and take it that way.
Can I take it before Surgery?
Recommendations depending on what type of surgery is to stop it 2 weeks before unless your doctor says something different. Since we do sell the powder by itself you can use an infusion of the powder topically prior to surgery but recommend stop using it a few days before.
What side effects should I watch for?
In the trials we did, we found some people got stomach gas, which eventually went away once the body got used to the powder. Acid reflux or nausea, and if you do not follow the recommended instructions, diarrhea.
If I am allergic to wheat, can I still use these capsules because the organic solvent seems to be made with wheat.?
Due to the purification of the ethanol there are no allergens left from the wheat so there is no reason for worry. However, if you are worried, we would recommend to apply the ba first on the skin to check for a reaction before consuming it
The history of these Capsules and why We are selling them:
People often ask me why I’m doing this—whether it’s just about the money. As a clinical aromatherapist, my purpose is to help others feel better. My passion lies in providing comfort, especially for those in Hospice care, using aromatherapy and other natural herbal remedies.
While essential oils play a significant role in wellness, herbs are equally valuable. Frankincense, for instance, belongs both to the herbal and alternative medicine markets. I sought a complementary solution to essential oils, as certain situations restrict their use. This curiosity led me to explore frankincense resin. By collaborating with industry experts and farmers, I gained the knowledge needed to educate others about its benefits.
My journey deepened when I read about Boswellic Acid, a component found in some resins, and realized its potential. I chose to focus on Boswellia carteri over Boswellia serrata because I preferred its aroma and found it to have broader therapeutic applications. After finding a company to produce the powder for me, I tested it on myself and my family to verify its effectiveness.
Initially, I partnered with a company in Somalia, and we achieved remarkable results using the powder topically for arthritis, muscle pain, fibromyalgia, and various skin conditions. Sadly, COVID-19 struck, and the company closed after the passing of its owner, who was also a close friend. Despite this loss, I continued my research.
I later connected with Dutch Essentials, who were distilling essential oils from eucalyptus and Boswellia carteri. After extensive discussions, they agreed to produce the powder.
Through testing, we discovered that the Boswellia carteri powder contained a higher percentage of Boswellic Acid compared to Boswellia serrata. Further research revealed that many commercially available Boswellia serrata products use hexane—a toxic solvent—to extract the Boswellic Acid. Hexane leaves a residue in the powder, which can even be detected by its smell. In contrast, we use Organic Neutral Ethyl Alcohol, a pure and safe solvent made from wheat fermentation. It evaporates completely, leaving no trace behind, ensuring a higher-quality product.
Additionally, many Boswellic Acid capsules on the market contain fillers, diluting their effectiveness. Our capsules are different—they contain no fillers, only Organic Black Pepper Powder to enhance liver absorption, ensuring you receive the full 70% of Boswellic Acid. Some companies even mix essential oils with carrier oils in their capsules, further diluting the benefits.
Our aim is to provide a product that works as effectively for you as it does for me, my husband, and others who have tested it.
Ultimately, my goal is your well-being, not profit. While we strive to keep costs reasonable, we invest a lot of resources, heart, and soul into this product. It’s important for us not to incur losses, but our priority remains helping you feel better.
That’s the story behind our capsules.
We also offer wholesale business options—just fill out the contact form on my site with your details. Our product is made in the Netherlands, so we can ship it internationally for retail and wholesale customers.
