I was given the branches by a friend and decided to infuse the needles and see what develops.
Well I was pleasantly surprised. It grows in the Northeastern Regions of the USA.
Spruce Essential Oil is used for any type of respiratory problems. Actually a whiff of this and it will clear your sinuses. You can put it around your nose when you have congestion and it can be places outside on your sinus points.
You really only need a few drops- it is very strong!.
In some people it can be cause dermatitis issues so make sure you do a skin patch test first.
I am sensitive to everything out there, so far it is not bothering me but I am not everyone else.
Because it was a gift to me I am basically charging you for the bottle, label and the MCT carrier oil it was infused in. I pulled out some for me too and I do not have a lot of it, only a few bottles and I have enough to get me through the winter.
