Join Robin B. Kessler and Luanne Usinger both Clinical Aromatherapists in this wonderful workshop dealing with different experiences of meditation using Aromatherapy including Frankincense resins.
Robin will teach you about each resin and how it can be used in meditation, healing, balancing, and grounding. She will guide you on how resins can help with anxiety, stress, and even pain.
Numerous scientific studies reveal enhanced experiences of meditation when frankincense is inhaled. Experience the effects yourself as Luanne leads us through a visualization designed to help balance out the chakras, or energy centers, of the body while using frankincense.
These energy centers resonate with frequencies that correspond to specific colors, sounds, and also scents. The calming effects of the frankincense can assist with balancing these centers, as a result of the meditation, leading to an overall sense of calm and peace.
Dress comfortably and prepare for a quiet space as much as possible as you go on this journey of inner peace with us.
In addition to coming on this journey, you will receive 1 Brass Indian Manual Resin Burner, 2 tea wax candles, and 1 ounce of Frankincense Boswellia papyrifera resin (shipping included- Value $40) to burn so you can fully join in the experience if you live in the USA.
Why Boswellia papyrifera? because it is a resin that is used for meditation to enlighten the spirits.
