I actually wanted just perfume for myself. Something smooth with a frankincense type of smell with a rose in it. I also wanted something so when it went onto my skin it felt good too.
Also, I did not want something that smelled like I put roses all over my body and was overpowering.
Frankincense Boswellia frereana resin has a honey-like smell. Once the resin is distilled the aftermass actually has a bit unique and different smell. It smells like honey perfume with sweet notes.
I infused the after mass in Jojoba Oil which is very nourishing to one's skin.
The Rose Petals are natural and organic infused in Coconut MCT to bring the smell out more.
I added Rose Otto Essential Oil, only a few drops to the entire mix that I made just to give it a more lasting smell.
What came out was totally incredible. I totally amazed myself!
I love it and I put it in these pretty bottles so you can put it on your dresser and enjoy both the perfume and the bottle. One bottle is on my dresser now.
This can be used medicinally or as a perfume, it is extremely calming and also can help with fine lines on one's face. You can also use it as a lovely light perfume.
I made it also in these beautiful colored bottles, in my Hand Blown Bottles and Amber Gold Top Bottles. Pick which one you would like. I priced the amber and colored bottles the same price. The Hand Blown Bottle is a bit higher because that bottle cost me more and if you are looking for a gift for someone you might like that bottle better.
